Mirosław Drzał
One of the few Art Of Living trainers in Poland with over 20 years of experience. He runs anti-stress programs in facilities with the highest level of stress, i.e. prisons (high-security departments) clubs of the richest people in Poland (the stress level is just as unimaginable there as in prisons) Anonymous alcoholic clubs and their families. He also has extensive experience in working with children and “difficult” youth.
He runs an international business in the field of health prevention. He is a speaker at numerous conferences where he gives motivational lectures on the nature of mind and awareness of abundance.
He inspired thousands of people to change his life.
From an early age we try to be happy and calm, we still hear from the closest “don’t get upset” everyone says it and yet everyone is nervous and stressful, they can’t name their emotions and let them manage them, which means we’re not aware of what appears in us and we don’t know how we can react and consciously respond.
What will the workshop be about?
At the introductory workshop to the Happiness course, we’ll show you how to change it, you will learn the nature of the mind and the impact of breathing on your emotional state, you will change “one-way road to two-way” because each emotion is a different rhythm of breath, you have certainly noticed that when you are nervous you breathe quickly and shallowly, when you are calm you breathe deeply and slowly, when you are afraid you are even blocking your breath. At the workshop you will experience that by changing your breathing rhythm you can change your emotions, using breathing techniques you have an impact on how you feel. Breathing techniques have a key impact on energy levels and thus on the state of mind. Thanks to the techniques we propose, you will learn to remain calm in every situation.
