Who is she?

Coach Certified by CTI and ICF: Professional Certified Coach (CPCC, PCC); Authorized Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment; Trainer for Transformational Communication and Relationship Coach (ORSC); A graduate of the Co-active Leadership Program.

He has been passionate about development, training and coaching for many years. He runs his own company, the goal of which is developing communication skills, building relationships, individual and team coaching.

Joanna has 10 years of work in the corporation in various positions in the Operations and Retail Sales departments. She dealt with the implementation and supervision of security standards, internal communication of strategic projects for the Company, customer service and debt collection. Diverse professional experience and work in managerial positions gave her a broad view of working in a corporation and understanding of the mechanisms operating in it. Joanna was involved in projects regarding key organizational changes: changes in organizational culture, attitudes, corporate values, motivation systems and work habits.
