What will the lecture be about?
Cognitive science and neurophysiology and with it neurodidactics are relatively new fields dynamically developing thanks to their effectiveness. The latest discoveries in this area have brought about fascinating reflection that can be closed in one statement – can the brain be trained? Therefore, if the brain and more broadly the Central Nervous System can be subjected to a training procedure similarly to training the body and muscles, it means that we can make radical changes for better in our everyday functioning, thanks to conscious training.
How to do it How to work with the use of neurodidactics activating neuroplasticity – this is what we will deal with during the lecture:
- What is the phenomenon of brain neuroplasticity (Central Nervous System) and how can it be used consciously?
- How to activate active neuroplasticity and what does it mean in practice?
- What is the relationship between felt emotions and thinking processes and neurophysiology?
- What practical significance do the above processes for the personal development of the individual?
